Guns N Roses World Tour 2026 - You Get Nothing, You Lose, Good Day Sir !

Fuck man, when Adler did those guest spots they sounded...like Guns N Fuckin Roses again.
Of course they couldn't have Adler on board full time, that would have actually been awesome and we had to have old Thunderchucker shitting things up.

I reckon Izzy Stradlin would and could have done the job too, any and all shit talk and conjecture aside.
I Agree with Adler. Everytime especially with doing guest spots on the NA 2016 run the band actually sounded like GNR.
The band at least not offering Izzy guest spots especially those last LA shows at the end of 17 are being cunts. That fat 3 probably didnt want to cut Izzy a cheque out because he called them out early because the other 3 didnt want to share the loot.

God The General is such a woeful meandering boring song.
I cant believe they are still playing it, they could swap it an AFD song.
The ridiculous alligator they have as the on screen background makes the song even more shit.
Its hard to know which song is worse The General or TIL.

The General is far worse. TIL sounds decent instrumentally. It is Axl’s uber gay lyrics and horrible rhyming scheme that lands TIL in the outhouse. The General is pure torture instrumentally and vocally. He should have given the song to the US government to use as part of their torture routine for Muslim terrorists.

This tour is selling so poorly you can now get 2 tickets for $50.

US shows: USA250
Canada: CDAY2026

$25 each for the Black Crowes followed by a comedy show? Worth it, honestly.

The General is truly awful. So boring and simplistic. Can't believe he came up with such a monotone song while working with creative guys like Buckethead.
Axl shitty lyric writing and Brain's and his buddy's shitty instrumentals.

But there will still be people in the gnr community who defend this utter piece of shit of a song and actually hoarded it and some even sold to wealthy low self esteem super fans.

Imagine paying a good chunk of change for The General and after hearing it not demanding a refund or at the very least screaming that it sucked.

If someone was willing to drop a bunch of money on that shit, they convinced themselves it was great before they even heard it. :pepelol:

I can't believe Axl isn't embarrassed by it. The original instrumental was probably interesting enough to work on, but the guy decides to write a deeply personal song about a horrific topic... and shits out one verse that seems like it was, in fact, written by a child.

We know there's better, more complete songs in the vault. It really seems like they released the General to finally shut people up about mythical CD songs... and to their credit, it mostly worked. :pepelol:

Remember This I Love wasn't gone to be on Chinese Democracy until Robin Fink talked Axl into adding it on to Chinese Democracy and demanded to do the solo.

You've got to think the mid 90's This I love will sooner rather then later leak.
Hopefully with less cringe worthy lyrics.
( those who say all copies were destroyed per Axl's request are same people who told you The General and Atlas were "big guns" aka unreleased hits judge their credibility at you own risk )

The amount of money I've heard people have spent on shit that's truly worthless or slightly different then what was publicly released from a wide variety of knowledge sources is laughable. Their are dozens of sellers in the market foriegn and domestically who have made over six figures with this shit.

Rumored deal amounts spent in Middle East and South America dwarf all North American deals combined. Obviously we ain't talking about Grenade Covers, Rumble Studios demos or things of that nature regarding those deals.

It's a big club and we ain't in to qoute George Carlin.

Oh I completely believe it. I bought/sold/traded some shit years ago - nothing GNR related and probably nothing anyone here would be interested in, I leaked the best shit eventually anyway. People were dropping 5 figures on single Kanye tracks lol, I'm sure back in the day the CD tracks had a huge price tag.

Back when Saskatoon 93 leaked, I was told Edmonton and Vancouver 93 were also in the hands of collectors, who paid like 30k per show. At least for the Vancouver 93 show you'd get to see Axl call the crowd a bunch of faggots :pepelol:

It's insane.

To answer the question others may have of how would i know ?

Fair question, People love to brag or in some other more unique cases they tell me because the community would never believe how much they spent just to give it to the community for free.

SLash should be asking for a payrise everytime Axl wants to add it to the setlist.
Its a piss break song , the band probably hate playing it but in order to not rock any boats , play it.
How Axl can enjoy playing it i have no idea.
Its a shit boring instrumental song, nevermind the lyrics.
The only reason people would have spent thousands on getting this song before it was officially released would have been from Bachs comments on hearing the song.
Still waiting for RNDTH and Perfect Crime to be played.

There was some Slash interview (with Eddie Trunk maybe?) where he said the General was one of his favourites to play lol.

I kind of believe it. He could play a completely different song and 99.9% of the crowd would have no idea. He can noodle his heart out on the CD songs.

With all of these discounts to ticket prices… don’t be drawn in, I’d still refuse to go if they paid me the initial, bloated asking price. I have too much self respect and dignity.
