Bad Apple Movie Theead

Since I posted the trailer the cunt playing Teala said Skeletor represents toxic masculinity or something along those lines. I'm still seeing it being a huge fan of the original series but my expectations have definitely took a nose dive. The backstory of Skeletor becoming Skeletor from the comics is actually pretty sad so this bitch is obviously talking nonsense.

lol it's ass.

@Bill Brasky ... early spoiler free reviews are pouring in for Masters of the Universe and they're unanimously positive. Nothing but very good reviews from old school fans and people who never saw He Man. Have no fear my friend this will indeed be awesome. I'm going Sunday night with my cousin to see it in IMAX and can't fucking wait!

Let me know after you see it. I don't want it to suck. I used watch the Dolph Lundgren version on vhs all the time as a kid and had a He Man sword.

Hey Bill just saw MOTU last night in IMAX and I fucking loved it. It's not perfect but I feel like they hit a home run. The effects were amazing, the villains were legit, and it really felt like the cartoon brought to life. Not even slightly woke. In fact it was more so promoting masculinity. I left the theater wishing I could sit through a second showing. I'm going again with my kids on father's day in two weeks. And it's definitely set up for a sequel.

I'm happy to hear this. I'm watching this this afternoon.

I am a '90s kid. My first time seeing He-Man was on a cruise ship in the '000s. I was like "What the fuck is this shit? It's ridiculous."

I loved it though.

I hope you enjoy it. I got my tickets for me and the kids for Sunday. So I guess I'm a little older than you. I grew up in the 80s. He Man was the absolute shit when I was 4 and 5 years old. I still remember coming in the house every day at 4pm excited for the new episode. And having this brought to live action 43 years later is something I never thought I'd see.
