Guns N Roses World Tour 2026 - You Get Nothing, You Lose, Good Day Sir !

I'm puzzled why anyone on a GnR site would root for the band to fail. To possibly get a shitty leak you'll listen to a few times and then bury on your hard drive vs. your favorite band succeeding should be a no brainer. And the truth is we're probably not getting much until team Brazil inherits the rights to these unreleased songs. That's definitely not something anyone should be actively rooting for. It's sad to me personally that as a lifelong fan for 40 years I have little to no desire to see them live again. I took my three kids in 2023 that'll probably be the last time I ever saw them. I've been to a dozen or so shows since 2002 and have a lot of great memories of the first ten. The last two I felt embarrassed for Axl to see him struggle. It's not something anyone wants to see their childhood idols go through.
I think its because there has been no "plan" to this reunion over the last 10 years other than constant touring with a GH setlist in order to make money, and the fanbase is disappointed the reunion could have been so much better.
Fans are boycotting tickets, and wanting the band to fail in the hope it forces the band to do something different.
if Axl thought more like Gene Simmons we would have got a best of reunion shows cd/dvd, most likely a new album and tour, a package tour with other bands either as a Vegas Residency or a themed "GNR Cruise", and better boxset material including more archive video footage.
The singles released were released as a way to shut the fanbase up about new music, and could have been released as a way to capitalise promoting a new tour.
Axls sounding like Ms Doubtfire at every show is becoming embarassing and hes oblivious to the fans noticing.
The whole reunion is running its course until its going to take someone at Live Nation to no longer promote another tour.

I don't think anyone would disagree with what you're saying except Axl nut swingers.

All your points are reasonable and come from a place of a fan of the band.

Fans boycotting tickets or mocking the band is logical.
This site and its predecessor gnfnr were forefathers of Fat Axl jokes and shitting on the band led by Cardi, Facekicker, John Bonham , Maynard, Myself, Damn Smooth, Gunns, Thomas Meadows, Gunner, Randy Lahey, HGH, Brain Saber/Popcorns Snare, Wasted, Liarz, Sixes, Salsh Broski, Axlisold, Arnold Layne.

Others like Frans have taken it new level's.

The narrative by some of band has always sucked and is for losers is fucking pathetic if you ask me.

I don't see the point in rooting for them to fail at this point. Axl is not touring into his 70s, we're at the end of the road here. They have maybe 5 years of touring left? Unless they come back to Vancouver with another opening band I really want to see, this year will be the last time I see them, and that's fine.
For the laughs i get but the end is near to shit on GNR when they were actually good in the 90's is fucking insane and most likely from people who weren't even alive back then.

These shows mean nothing to me. The faster it all ends, the faster we will get to hear the unreleased stuff like Elvis, D Tune, Circus Maximus, and Zodiac. That is where my interest lies along with some live shows from the band’s AFD era prime. I see these reunion shows as nothing more than an embarrassment and blight upon the band.

Nothing against Dunsford, but GNR being your favorite band in 2026 is...I dunno, it's fucking sad.

Not really. I would say the same thing. Saying theyre your favorite band doesn't mean you currently think theyre amazing in 2026. It means that in the totality of their existence - they are your favorite band.

GNR sucking today doesn't mean that 1987-2010 stops being great or that those core 4 studio albums lose any quality.

Didn't some of those songs already leaked as instrumentals? Do we even know that Axl recorded vocals for them?

They leaked in instrumental form as part of Rick’s Picks aka The Storage Locker Sessions. I think it is safe to say Axl recorded vocals for Elvis, Circus Maximus, and Zodiac. The guitar parts on those songs are perfect too and should not be spoiled with random dreck replacement parts from Old Gravy Biceps.

I view those songs, like Monsters as Alist material.
If Axl has zero plan to release Monsters officially, no way those songs are going to get released officially as well.
I agree with you on the guitar parts and if the songs get released, they should be released with those guitar parts as is.
Im not interested with Slash treating these songs as bland Constipators material to redo.

Monsters is clearly the next single to drop unless Axl trolls us with Ain't Going Down.

I thought Slash said in an interview months ago that Nothin and Atlas were the final batch of Chinese leftovers. Can someone fill me in on why we can expect more?

Yeah Slash said those were the last of the tracks Axl asked him and Duff to finish

"State of Grace" even with its mumbling scratch lyrics is a better song than Nothin and Atlas, so I wonder why Axl wanted to bury it

Aint Goin Down id be down with as it has more of a vibe from the illusions lineup than Fatschool. Personally i find the solo rocks. The solo and outro just needs to be shortened, but they could just easily release it as is.
The band could even hoodwink the fanbase by releasing it as a " brand new song" like they did with SOYL.
I think Axl will troll us with SOG or even OMG before he would even think of releasing Monsters. They are B or C grade songs like Atlas/Nothing.
