Chuck Norris: Karate Kommandos (1986)

The most deadly effective cartoon series ever made. Chuck's messages to the kids watching at the start of each episode inspired dozens to minor success.

House of Guinness (2025)

Might be rubbish. Try again another day.

Yeah, it’s pretty shit. Compared with the Dahmer season it’s brutal bad.
I've watched most of it. Ed kind of makes Dahmer seem normal.

There's all these Nazi flashbacks and Hitchcock making Psycho.

Ep 8 is like a messed up Twin Peaks. Playing Gimme Shelter.

That is too bad. I quite enjoyed Dahmer.
I thought it was alright. But it fully loses it in ep 8. In an entertaining way.

I found it entertaining but it's a mess. It's not gritty. They managed to make Ed Gein campy.

There's sub plots in Nazi germany and Hitchcock's Psycho and Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

It's worth watching even though it's flawed.

Was I too harsh in my review?

Not necessarily. I'm sure there's a better documentary or something more true to the events.

The Godfather legacy ep is ridiculous but it's still entertaining. Maybe the whole thing is ridiculous if you know the Ed Gein story. Somehow they showed some insane stuff and made it seem funny.

I felt the tone was off ethically and in a way that wasn't true to the reality. It was like they were on Ed and that ginger girls side. But that softened the blow of some of the more or all that disturbing shit.

They turned the Ed Gein story into a campy entertainment but there were some harrowing scenes. I was confused how to take it.

The Psycho, Texas Chain Massacre, Silence of the Lambs sections were bizarre. That was the context. It's very ambitious to throw that stuff in there. Like a lot of Netflix stuff it feels like they are repackaging it.

But it's hard to say don't watch it.
It's in no way a definitive version but it was entertaining.

My Father, The BTK Killer was good. BTK’s daughter saying that BTK planting grapes in the backyard was one of the craziest things he ever did made me laugh hard.
