I remember Master of Puppets blowing my fucking mind when I first heard it. My brother's teammate on a little league let me listen to it and I had no idea what it was but it was amazing.

It's such a banger.

It's nice to have my boy remember me by when I'm dead and gone. Even at five years old, we are building shared memories.

Metallica made some good shit. That album is one of my favorites.

Brasky, is it wrong to believe in a religion and actually follow it, and study theology? Does it inherently mean that you think youre smarter than others? 

You say you're Christian. You arent excited to learn about theology and study scripture? You're mad that someone wants to talk about scripture in a thread meant specifically for religion? 

Have you ever interacted with other Christians? We're excited to learn about the Faith, and study theology, and have Bible studies. And we support one another. Not tear each other down, point fingers, accuse people of not being Christian enough. 

Why is it any different than you being interested in politics. You haven't demonstrated any actual example of me claiming or even implying to know more than others. You just seem to be asserting that because I know anything at all, I must be a know it all.

Yeah bud. I made a mistake. It even happens to us know it alls. 

The scholars and theologians say that Christ is the Logos based on John 1 which means that He is the purest form of reason and truth on a metaphysical level - which means that He makes sense (and IS sense) - which means that if I dont make sense I'll go to hell and get AIDS. Are you gonna tell on me?

Edit: and yes the post was directed at AxlIsOld. I made another mistake by thinking my first mistake was the opposite mistake of the mistake that it in fact was. Now I will go to hell and get AIDS twice.

Accidentally smashed my laptop. I loved that thing. Ran Fedora, had OpenRCT2 on it, Firefox with Ad-Block. I know I can do all of this on my phone, but I am a computer hobbyist. 

I'm glad I got the Best Buy extended no fault warranty. Worst case scenario I get the original retail price of the laptop back in store credit and I buy another one.

It's somewhere at some repair center. It's smashed to shit. The laptop was less than $300. I can't imagine them saving any money repairing it.

So now I probably have to wait two months for them to tell me this, but nothing I can do.

Probably still could have used HDMI out and been able to clone the drive before sending it off.

Beat me to it but unless Windows OS operates dramatically differently, you can just extract the files you want and move them over to a new drive. It's the more expedient option. 

 
i bricked my laptop because i followed windows security's directions to enable a certain setting

as soon as i did it was fucked

smashed it into a million pieces

new one showed up last week

working on moving on from windows (jeetdows), just not ready yet

11 or 10? I only have a month to decide if I'm forcibly bypassing and putting 11 on my like 8 PCs or joining the dark side and learning Linux.
