The original pic on her Instagram is photoshopped heavily. I'm not sure what they were trying to do exactly, probably hide her skeletal arms but they fucked it up and made her hands look huge.

She is completely fucked in the head. Take a look at her Instagram, she's emaciated.

It's great that he loved them and their mother but I have always found them to be absolutely vile, inside and out.
