It'll be ripped. Thank fuck for that. Last time I gave this shithole of a band any money was November 23rd, 2008, and that will never change.

Fair point...but they're leaving a bit of money on the table by burying The General as a B side of the Perhaps single.

After Perhaps, they could've announced The General as a vinyl exclusive single and milked a few thousand sales out of hardcore GNR fans and vinyl enthusiasts/collectors/sellers.

There has to be a reason this is being buried with Perhaps and it's not money. It's something else.

We'll find out soon. :Classic_Troll:
I reckon the General will be another leftover CD era song with "The General" name slapped on it and not the real General as per the phone recording. Another troll to the fanbase.

Think of non internet tracks from

Hard School EPs

Did they  Micky up some new vocals ?

The General will on par with

Shadow of Your Love (Live) 2022 😝

Now that I think about it, isn't it just fan speculation that the cell phone song is The General and this morphed into fact? For all we know, that song is Soul Monster and The General is something entirely different.

In other words, the fan base trolling itself for 13 years.

Fernando confirmed on Twitter that the intro before CD in 2006 and 2010 was The General and you can hear that same orchestration in the cellphone clip.

Oh yeah...I forgot.

On the other hand, they're known for pulling shit from songs to use in other songs. Unlikely of course but you never know.

At least we don't have long to find out.

Someone in management called it a Monster.

So Soul Monster is possible.
That was Leave Me Alone in terms of Beltrami orchesrtra.

So Brain did something that became part of Soul Monster. Axl talked about screams he did for Soulmonster in the online chats? Which checks out with Baz's screaming quote.

The public will be told there's only one shooter and his head went back and to

the left. But we know there was a triangulation of fire.

There's no evidence Brain had anything to do with Leave Me Alone/Soul Monster. Axl talked about his vocals in SM being venomous and mean, not necessarily screams.

I talked to someone after the San Diego show who has heard it.  I only asked if it was good.  The person confirmed that it was indeed good.  That's all I need to know for now.
Is this someone you know to have contacts or just some rando claiming he got a hold of it somehow?

I was told this directly by Tom Mayhue, the same guy that went viral a few months back for talking about new music during the VIP backstage tour with fans.

Now that I've met him myself, I trust him implicitly.  He's no bullshitter or clout-seeker.  I didn't ask for details, I just asked him straight up..."is it a good song or not?" and he assured me it was.

Now anyone from Team Brazil would hype it up like it's the next White Album or something, but he was just like "Yeah, it's a good fucking rock song."

If he didn't think it was good, he wouldn't actually come out and say it's bad, but he'd be neutral and tell me something like "Well, I'm sure you'll enjoy hearing it."

The General is just gonna be a instrumental lmao

If that.

I think a red headed former rock sta,

Mad at the world

for not taking

his never ending album

& tour serious,  ..

grabs the loot. 💰💰💰

and disappears into south America

and then uses the $$$

to make himself dictator

of Brazil

& all surrounding countries..

He uses The General

To become

The General  👈😝

The Lebeis Rose Empire Begins

🏛️🍟🍔❤️‍🔥🍿🍩🏰✈️

The General  becomes the national anthem of South America, but still copyright blocked Everywhere , and leaks are discouraged by worldwide extradition laws and harsh punishment that can include being trafficked or sold to a third world country,

with the words The General forever tattooed on the forehead.

The list of potential punishments is 18 pages long , including typos and misprints that are blamed on former management and the record label.  ☠️

 😝

Fatcast reported last year Perhaps and Atlas would be released this year just saying.

Never reported the general was coming out but did say multiple times since 2019 the general is state of grace.

Now Tom Mayhue obviously is connected being a rock and roll roadie for multiple rock bands.

So that seems pretty legit.

But the story no one is talking about is ET left ohio and went to San Diego ( Spanish for whales vagina )

That's great news and i hope you had fun ET.
