I don't care that he's 60. I saw Ray Charles months before he died at the age of 74 and he was fucking brilliant. Steven Tyler in his 70's, Paul Rodgers in his 60's, both still amazingly good.

Let's not pretend that Axl has applied any dedication to his craft in the last few decades, apart from the AC/DC run. He's a bone lazy, supremely sedentary man who does not apply himself. Doesn't rehearse, still barely ever turns up to soundchecks, etc. He's not a "perfectionist" (funniest GNR myth ever); he's pure shit and it's high time he hears these unfiltered opinions through the media.

Comparing ray charles vocal style to axls is silly.  Dont get me wrong, i like to poke fun at axl alot. But in reality he has slimmed down from where he was at in recent yrs. (I do think hes out of shape & getting in shape would help his breathing & pronunciation of words & keep a better stamina for his singing technique).  

But in all honesty we've seen this vocal decline from axl comming for yrs, so it really shouldnt surprise any hardcore fans. 

Do kiss fans really believe paul is gonna magically get his voice back? Or are they in agreement its over?  Unfortunately for gnr the run has ended also.
