I like how they made it chant friendly.
Vocals are amazing
Not vocally perfect but there's some fire left in the old fuck yet

It’s full Herbert The Pervert but it’s true, I’ve heard worse versions of this song.Honestly not his worst. He basically has sounded like this 2011-2014 then again 2017- Now.
Yeah it's Mickey and bad but not much difference in this performance to all the others.
Good to see you back. When the horse rears up onscreen as the song kicks into high gear with those hilariously bad vocals I actually laughed out loud.
I log in here for the first time in months and this is the first thing I see.

The Duff backing vocals are funniest thing i heard from this band in awhile. It’s full Herbert The Pervert but it’s true, I’ve heard worse versions of this song.
It’s still embarassing.
And he sounded better in 2011-2014 and 2017-2019. Not by a country mile but he could still deliver a good WTTJ scream or raspy outro to It’s So Easy, and he wasn’t off the beat so often. In 2021 he reached his lowest and hasn’t improved much
Try to show someone who doesn’t know how he sounds November Rain from the last shows.
They’d be shocked.
Atlas studio isn't much better.I know it was to be expected, but Atlas live is one of the worst things I have ever heard. Why even bother? I don’t know why they can’t do You’re Crazy, UTLH, and You Ain’t the First and have Axl sing them in his low voice. Maybe Axl like torturing himself and everyone else
Without Melissa they literally sound like Dustin Bones but worseThe Duff backing vocals are funniest thing i heard from this band in awhile.
You're right Axl has gone full Mickey.
I would actually prefer 11 to 14 to now. Hands down and yes, thats a low bar.Honestly not his worst. He basically has sounded like this 2011-2014 then again 2017- Now.
Yeah it's Mickey and bad but not much difference in this performance to all the others.
They don't remember what he's supposed to sound like.People seemed to enjoy the Dublin gig but complained about muddy sound, shit AI graphics playing constantly behind on the big screen and the complete lack of chemistry between Axl and Slash.
Also, when Axl announced they were playing a new song there was an audible groan from the crowd
Just stuff I read online from a few Instagram accounts I follow

I was at that show

My favourite story from that night was that when Axl stormed off the stage he actually went walking down the street on his own from the arena only to get surrounded by pissed off fans calling him a ginger cunt and a twat and the Irish cops had to rescue his ass and bring him back to the arena, only for the promoter to then punch Axl in the face

The next day, Axl's Wikipedia was edited to say he was seen outside in the carpark crying into a bucket of ice-cream

In terms of the illusions stage, the band could have done this for the illusions anniversary. The illusion albums on each side of the stage, they could dust off the Saskatoon 93 setlist and just have a setlist dripping with 87-93 material only.LOL what? I've somehow never heard of this. And I was following the tour on the forums at the time. Kinda makes sense though. Explains why he just stood there the entire show without moving and got mad at Frank during PC for not ending the song as quickly as possible. Axl seems like the kinda guy who gets really loud and agressive, but if someone stands up to him he gets put in his place real quick.
2010 Axl was unhinged. It was the last year he truly acted, sang, dressed, moved and looked like himself. Something happened (probably medication) during that 10 month gap between the last 2010 show and the first 2011 show that made him seem like a totally different person.
And yeah their modern graphics theyve been using for the last decade or so are awful. Tasteless garbage. I miss the UYI stage. Looked like an industrial factory. Sharp edges. Their modern show looks like a Disneyland stage. We dont need screens everywhere all the time. But if youre gonna have them, at least show something that takes effort and fits the setting.

I thought Axl would go full Gene Simmons mode the more he gets older and go completely nostalgic, but also charge the fans for it to.
