The Eternal General - 04/24 - Unpinned but alive; Atlas/Monsters nowhere in sight; Slash 'Orgy of the Damned' next month

There's no evidence Brain had anything to do with Leave Me Alone/Soul Monster. Axl talked about his vocals in SM being venomous and mean, not necessarily screams.
Evidence? If you have a song called Soul Monster and management calls a b side a Monster I'm going to shit the bed. It's true he doesn't say scream so probably not.

Fan: Hey Axl , whats your favourite song from either Chinese Democracy, or from an unreleased album?

Axl: The bridge in "Elvis Presley and the Monster of Soul aka The Soul Monster (working title Leave Me Alone)" which will no doubt end up "Soul Monster".

I think it's r most Black Sabbath moment. Sang it on a Christmas eve. Imo the meanest section of anything I've sung to date. Which having said that I'm sure when it's heard others may disagree but we felt it was a Christmas card of unadulterated venom so to speak. I felt a lot better afterward.

The felt better just seems cathartic to me. I feel a scream but it could just be the sentiment.

It's hard to believe Axl won't release his favorite, sounds finished song.

If The General is not Soul Monster then they still have Atlas and SM.

Isn’t The General supposed to be about being molested as a child?
I have thought maybe Oh My God is about Axl's abuse and The General is about Erin's abuse - that's why it's the sequel to Estranged.

It seems weird to go from General Tso's Chicken to child abuse. To keep that title for such a heavy theme is strange.

In what way is SOG the sequel to Estranged. It fits Baz's description for sure.

To me Oklahoma is more the sequel to Estranged. It concerns the same people. You get all romantic then you end up in court being sued by that person. I guess the same could be said of SOG.

So it's more deeper or introspective like Estranged.

Tom Mayhue said they worked on 29 songs for AFD and that album only had 11 songs on it. So the new stuff would be more AFD sounding?

Everything with Slash sounds more AFD.

The easiest way to distinguish between a monkey or an ape is to see if it has a tail. Almost all monkeys have tails, while apes do not.
I am technically an arboreal crested ape but I also like monkeys as they are my all brothers.

Fatcast reported last year Perhaps and Atlas would be released this year just saying.

Never reported the general was coming out but did say multiple times since 2019 the general is state of grace.

Now Tom Mayhue obviously is connected being a rock and roll roadie for multiple rock bands.

So that seems pretty legit.

But the story no one is talking about is ET left ohio and went to San Diego ( Spanish for whales vagina )

That's great news and i hope you had fun ET.
I'm wanting a full review from ET. :FatAxl:

At least it's a confirmed rock song, not just Axl super gluing his nuts to a leg. It's not an instrumental or My World 2.
Just need to get a record player now.

No need to because we will get FLAC rips of it a few days before or after October 27

Have you guys read that fake insider shit on the Atlas thread at mygnr?

I was shocked there were a few people who believe it.

You'd think people would learn after 25 years of that shit.
No,  any screenshot would be welcome. If i enter in the mygnr url Firefox asks me,

"Are you sure you really want to be directed there ?." :pepelol:
